Dental Floss Cake

This was a birthday cake for a dental student.

Half of it was chocolate cake with choco cream,

and the other half was a yellow cake with a

white choco cream. All covered in

cream cheese frosting and fondant.

Three Tiered Wedding Cake

This was my first wedding cake. It was an intense learning experience. I am really glad I was able to do it. The top two tiers were butter pecan cake with a cream and dulce de leche filling, and the bottome tier was a yellow cake with a white chocolate cream and sliced fresh strawberries in a home made strawberry glaze.
